The item(s) must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team to start your return or exchange process.

If your needing your Luma Legz expedited drop us an email and we will work with you to speed up the delivery time frame as much as possible Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep! All orders ship UPS unless prior arrangements are made.
